Blind Center hosting ‘Dining in the Dark’

“Dining in the Dark,” a benefit for the Lions SightFirst Foundation, is scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday at the Blind Center, 1001 Bruce St. An effort to show sighted people what blind people experience daily, the evening will include a blindfold orientation and cocktails at 6 p.m., followed by a blindfolded dinner at 7. The 10th annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs of Las Vegas is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Saturday at The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
