Food, music set for ‘Bite of Las Vegas’

The 11th annual “Bite of Las Vegas” food and music festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at Desert Breeze Park, 8275 Spring Mountain Road.

Food from 45 restaurants will include barbecue, Mexican, Asian, French, Mediterranean, Italian, pizza, gourmet sandwiches, kids selections and desserts.

The festival also will feature performances by Lifehouse, Fuel, Vanessa Carlton, Colbie Caillat, Paolo Nutini and local bands.

Admission is $8 for adults and free for children 5 and under.
