From the editor: Introducing the Neon Nightlife section

Las Vegas has some of the best nightlife in the world, so Neon is introducing a Nightlife section headed by our new Strip and downtown reporter, Kimberly De La Cruz.

In this week’s section, you’ll find two features you wouldn’t normally see in Neon: a profile of one of the dancers at Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club, and a feature on the Strip’s country music offerings. Beginning next week, you’ll see a bigger section with a nightlife-centric column, recommendations and more.

A couple of smaller changes you’ll notice today: “Up Front” has been changed to “Shows,” and we’ve adopted a lighter font style.

We’ve made more room in Neon for features, columns and staff picks by moving the bulk of our listings online (reviewjournal.com/events).

We’d love to hear from you. Shoot us an email at neon@reviewjournal.com with questions, suggestions and feedback. We read every one. If you want to see your photo featured on our inside back cover, send us a full-resolution photo and the backstory, as well as credit information and your Instagram handle.
