Rocks Lounge hosts Rundgren
December 10, 2010 - 12:00 am
Todd Rundgren is a musical mimic, one who once helmed a Beatles sound-alike album called “Deface the Music.”
Now he’s up to some more fun with the charmingly titled “Todd Rundgren’s Johnson,” a tribute to pioneer bluesman Robert Johnson, accompanied by longtime sidekicks Kasim Sultan, Prairie Prince and Jesse Gress.
They play at 10 p.m. Saturday in Rocks Lounge at the Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd. Tickets are $23; call 547-5300.
