Country singer filming shows in Vegas

You may remember country singer Jared Blake from the first season of “The Voice,” where he made waves on Blake Shelton’s team.

The next time he comes to the small screen, you could be there with him.

Blake is filming scenes for his new single “Stomp” at a pair of upcoming local performances.

First, he’ll play at 10 p.m. Thursday at Revolver at Santa Fe Station, and then at 8 p.m. Friday at Rocks Lounge at Red Rock.

Show up, and maybe you’ll make the cut as an extra.

There will also be another day of filming at Red Rock Resort on Wednesday that will call for extras with “freakish talent.” Filming will be invite-only.
