“The Wrath of Angels” by John Connolly: The discovery of a crashed plane pulls private detective Charlie Parker into a dangerous race to find a valuable list – which some wish to keep secret – as it contains the names of those who have made a deal with the devil.

In young adult fiction, the mystery behind the Pretty Little Liars and how Alison DiLaurentis was murdered is revealed in “Ali’s Pretty Little Lies” by Sara Shepard.
