Make a splash on family night with JW Marriott

The 1989 fantasy-drama “Field of Dreams” opens the new Saturday Night Dive-In Movie Series 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the JW Marriot, 221 N. Rampart Blvd.

The hotel invites local residents to bring the family to the resort’s pool grounds for weekly viewings of classic and recent family-favorite movies. Admission is free and movie snacks are available for purchase. No outside food or beverage is allowed on the pool grounds.

The Saturday Night Dive-In Movie Series continues through Labor Day weekend with all movies starting at 8:30 p.m.

The schedule includes “Karate Kid,” June, 23; “Star Wars: Clone Wars,” June 30; “The Cat in the Hat,” July 7; “Bedtime Stories,” July 14; “Madagascar 2,” Jully 21; “Evan Almighty,” July 28; “The Wild,” Aug. 4; “Alice in Wonderland,” Aug. 11; “Puss in Boots,” Aug. 18; “Kung Fu Panda 2,” Aug. 25; and “The Lorax,” Sept. 1.
