First Look: ‘Planes’ takes off from ‘Cars’ franchise

The buzz: Dane Cook? Really? Still, even he shouldn’t be able to ruin the fun of this one thanks to the reunion of Anthony Edwards and Val Kilmer — “Top Gun’s” Goose and Iceman — as, naturally, fighter jets.
