TONIGHT IN LAS VEGAS
Plans for Sir Elton John’s run of April-May shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace have been canceled due to medical reasons. “The Million Dollar Piano” prince is recuperating after becoming ill, on a flight to London from Chile, with a rare and unusual bacterial infection.
Sir Elton plans to resume performing in England on June 3, then returns here in October before ending his run on the Strip next May. But watch for that possible renewed extension!
“30 Rock” creator and former “SNL” star Tina Fey premieres her comedy “Great News” on NBC, and I appear in one of the early episodes.
British breakout band Don Broco is at Vinyl at The Hard Rock Hotel.
Ex-Ramones bass player C.J. Ramone is solo at Backstreet Bar & Billiards on Fremont Street.
