The unforgettable outdoor concert celebrated Boston’s 40th anniversary with heart-pumping hits and kicked off DLVEC’s lineup of summer concerts.
Dennis DeYoung, founding member of Styx, opened the show with the band’s classic hits “Lady,” “Mr. Roboto” and “Come Sail Away.”
After DeYoung’s performance, The D Las Vegas founder and CEO Derek Stevens thanked DeYoung. Stevens took the stage to welcome the energetic crowd, pumping them up for the upcoming summer shows at the venue.
Headliner Boston pleased fans with chart-topping songs “More Than a Feeling,” “Amanda” and “Feelin’ Satisfied.” The crowd cheered as the band performed an encore with the popular “Party.”
