Las Vegas needs the 96-hour holiday weekend to jam in all the entertainment and attractions for locals and tourists alike. It’s more about the unofficial end of summer these days rather than celebrating the woes and welfare of workers who used the national holiday for recognition.
Labor Day is only rivaled by New Year’s Eve Weekend when it comes to the staggering lineup of superstar DJs in our dayclubs and nightclubs. The master spinners at the wheels of steel make for the ultimate party headquarters, with some late-night/early morning raves running into daytime. Actress Juliette Lewis dons her alt-rock mantle this weekend with her band The Licks at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas in The Linq Promenade. Here’s her new jumpsuit single “Hello Hero.” Billy Idol continues his FOREVER rock run at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay, and Smash Mouth lights up Fremont Street Experience.
