A thick, rich chocolate malt is an indulgence for most of us, but what a way to go. And fellow readers have some suggestions for malt-lover Cynthia Coletti. Charleston Blvd., Rian Rain recommended Johnny Rockets at the Silverton at 3333 Blue Diamond Road (find other local Johnny Rockets at www.JohnnyRockets.com) and Jerry Biggs suggested the World Famous Coffee Cup at 512 Nevada Highway in Boulder City. …

For Jeff Alpert, Danny Calico emailed that Strub’s half- and whole-sour pickles are available at Vons at 10616 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson, and Joe Miller spotted the half-sour ones at Glazier’s Food Marketplace, 8525 W. Warm Springs Road. …

More on Skippy Honey Nut Peanut Butter: Andrea Reed faxed that she spotted it at Albertsons at 7075 W. Ann Road. …
