A pork throwdown among four food trucks — Lulu’s, Sloppi Jo’s, Tasty Bunz and Top Notch Barbeque — is scheduled for 8 to 11 p.m. Thursday (April 14) at Metro Pizza at 1395 E. Tropicana Ave. Each truck will feature a variety of pork-based dishes for a friendly competition.
