For Frank James, who’s looking for instant espresso, Pattie Gray emailed that Glazier’s Food Marketplace at 8525 W. Warm Springs Road carries two brands. Joyce Winters of Williams-Sonoma at 1001 S. Rampart Blvd. said both her store and the one at 2255 Village Walk Drive in The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson carry it, and the Jensens at Village Meat & Wine, 5025 S. Eastern Ave., emailed that they carry it, too. …

For Myron Kalstabakken, who’s looking for a local source for lefse, Karla Clipper emailed that it’s not available in Las Vegas, but she recommended Countryside Lefse in Blair, Wis., at www.lefse.com (800-584-6789). …

For Marilynn Keck, who’s looking for a source for breaded veal patties, Sheila Greenbaum recommended Glazier’s Food Marketplace. …
