TALK-SHOW HOST O’BRIEN BUYS $10.5 MILLION L.A. MANSION

Conan O’Brien is already getting ready for his move to L.A. next year, when he’s expected to take over for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show — by buying a $10.5 million home in Brentwood, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reports.

The TV host’s new pad is a New England style six-bedroom home in a gated compound. The master suit includes a sitting room, balcony and two bathrooms, the paper says.
