LUXOR’S LAX TO HOST SPORTS ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT BASH THURSDAY

Almost 20 models representing Sports Illustrated’s 2009 swimsuit issue will participate in “SI Swimsuit24/7, From New York to Las Vegas" on Thursday.

They will fly to Las Vegas on "SI One," a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700 wrapped in SI Swimsuit imagery.

The models, including Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend Bar Rafaeli, will walk the red carpet at 9 p.m. before joining the Club SI Swimsuit party, presented by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority (LVCVA).

The party will feature music from DJ Sky Nellor and a live musical performance by Grammy Award winner John Legend.

The list of models include: Ariel Meredith,, Brooklyn Decker, Cintia Dicker, Damaris Lewis, Daniella Sarahyba, Esti Ginzburg, Hilary Rhoda, Irina Shayk, Jarah Mariano, Jessica Gomes, Jessica Hart, Jessica White, Julie Henderson, Kim Cloutier, Lucia Dvorska, Melissa Haro and Tori Praver.

Accompanying them will be Sports Illustrated Group President Mark Ford,Sports Illustrated Group Editor Terry McDonell, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Editor Diane Smith, Las VegasConvention and Visitors Authority President and CEO Rossi Ralenkotter, and Las VegasConvention and Visitors Authority Senior Vice President of Marketing Terry Jicinsky.
