Possible domestic dispute leads to man shot in leg

A man was shot in the leg Friday morning in what Las Vegas police said might be a domestic-related incident.

Metropolitan Police Department officers found the man at an apartment complex on the 2000 block of Sunrise Avenue just after midnight.

Lt. Carlos Hank said the man is expected to survive his injuries. Officers do not have the shooter in custody.

The shootout in suburban Charlotte happened as officers with a U.S. Marshals Task Force were trying to serve a warrant for a wanted felon, who was killed by police.
