A man is hospitalized after a possible road-rage shooting Sunday morning in the southeast valley, police said.
Just after 7 a.m., police responded to the report of a man being shot in the 2600 block of South Eastern Avenue, near East Sahara Avenue, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Jeff Goodwin said. A man walked into a Roberto’s Taco Shop and said that he had been shot, he said.
The police investigation shows that the man was driving along South Eastern Avenue, when he was cut off by another vehicle and the driver of that vehicle shot him, Goodwin said.
The man was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, he said. No further details were available.
