Police seek five men in connection with jewelry store robbery

Police are seeking the public’s help to find five men in connection with a jewelry store robbery Thursday night at the Forum Shops at Caesars.

Just after 10:30 p.m., five men robbed a Rolex store in the upscale shopping area located at Caesars Palace, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

“The suspects forcefully took numerous items from the store before leaving,” Metro’s robbery section said.

Metro Lt. Charles Jenkins said the front window of the store was smashed along with some of the display cases before the men took an unknown number of watches.

During the robbery, one of the men smacked a security guard with a firearm. The guard was taken to University Medical Center.

Police described the five men connected with the robbery as 18 to 20 years old, weighing between 140 to 180 pounds and standng between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-11 inches tall.
