Police investigating Hooters Hotel robbery

Las Vegas police are investigating a Sunday morning robbery at the Hooters Hotel.

Just before 10:20 a.m., police were sent to 115 E. Tropicana Ave. after a report of two men who entered and robbed the hotel-casino of unknown items, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Kendall Bell said. The men fled the scene before officers arrived, he said.

The investigation is ongoing, Bell said.

No further details were immediately available.
