Las Vegas police on Friday arrested a 27-year-old man for a fatal shooting last week in the northwest valley. Donnell Patrick Pugh was nabbed in downtown Los Angeles by the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force about 7:30 a.m. He is being held on a charge of murder with a deadly weapon.
