Updated June 19, 2022 - 7:25 pm

A fight at the Fremont Street Experience early Sunday erupted into a shooting that wounded two people, one fatally, according to Las Vegas police.

Gunfire broke out at 2:10 a.m. at the tourist attraction near Casino Center Boulevard, police said.

The two shooting victims were taken to University Medical Center, where one of them died, and the other, who was described as a “bystander,” was expected to survive, police said.

Police said one person pulled out a gun during a quarrel and opened fire.

Police did not announce any arrests.

The victim who died is expected to be identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
