Cesar Garcia, 51, was killed in the parking lot of the Broadacres Marketplace in North Las Vegas on Nov. 20. Ray Ngankou, 19, of Las Vegas has been charged with murder in the case.

Las Vegas police have identified the 17-year-old accused of fatally shooting a man during a Fourth of July party on Saturday night near Nellis Boulevard and Bonanza Road.
Police said it appears that a woman who fatally shot her husband Sunday night at a Las Vegas Valley apartment acted in self-defense.
