Updated October 3, 2017 - 4:58 pm

A Disneyland Resort employee is among those killed in the attack on the Route 91 Harvest country music festival, the company has told the Review-Journal.

Carrie Barnette, 34, was a member of the culinary team at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim for 10 years, the Orange County Register reported. She lived in Riverside, California, and worked at Flo’s V-8 Cafe in Cars Land.

“We are especially heartbroken over the loss of one of our own to this unconscionable and senseless act,” Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger wrote in a statement. “Our thoughts are with her family, along with our support, during this incredibly difficult time.”

Another Disney employee, Jessica Milam, was also seriously injured, Iger wrote.
