Deaths of 2 people in Henderson investigated as murder-suicide

Henderson police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide Monday evening in the city’s Anthem Highlands area.

Two gunshot victims were found dead around 6 p.m. at a home in the 2800 block of Blythswood Square, near Anthem Highlands and Democracy drives, Henderson police spokeswoman Michelle French said.

The victims, a man and a woman, were in their in their late 30s or early 40s, French said.

French said the two victims were apparently the only people in the home at the time of the incident.
