Clark County coroner identifies man who was fatally shot

The Clark County coroner’s office has identified the man fatally shot Sept. 1 at 497 North Circle as Charles Dontae Davis, 37.

Davis died from multiple gunshot wounds, the coroner’s office said. His death has been ruled a homicide.

The shooting occurred in an alleyway near Paradise Road and Twain Avenue, Las Vegas police said.

Metro spokesman Michael Rodriguez said no arrests have been made.
