Police seek possible victims of Nevada trooper impersonator

Las Vegas police are seeking possible victims of a man who has impersonated an off-duty Nevada Highway Patrol trooper.
Police said on May 11 they began an investigation into the actions of Wayne Robert Skeen, 30, who police said has been arrested in several states and has several aliases
Skeen drives a dark-colored Ford Expedition that was altered to look like an unmarked police vehicle. He has also been in possession of a uniform that looked similar to a Nevada Highway Patrol uniform, police said.
