Police seek information in California woman’s death

Police are searching for leads in the case of a California woman found slain in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas police said Michele Carson, 25, of West Covina, Calif., was found Nov. 7 dead in the desert south of Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway.

The Clark County coroner’s office would not provide information on Carson’s death. Police said her death was a homicide but gave no details.
