A woman who police said was killed by her boyfriend Sunday night was identified as Misty Kay Pusieski, 35.
Las Vegas police said Joseph Barrera, 27, called 911 at 6:48 p.m. to say he killed his girlfriend at an apartment at 370 E. Harmon Ave., near Koval Lane.
When officers arrived at the apartment, they found Pusieski dead from trauma to her neck.
Barrera was taken into custody without incident, police said.
