North Las Vegas police arrest three for multiple burglaries

Three people linked to more than 13 burglaries have been arrested by North Las Vegas police.

Shawnquinte Hall, 23, Dexter Smith, 22, and Malisha Williams, 22, were arrested Friday and booked on multiple felony charges including burglary, grand larceny, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Police recovered more than 150 stolen items, including nine guns, televisions, video games and jewelry.

Police served warrants at the suspects’ apartments at 6551 McCarran St. and 2655 Deer Springs Ave. in North Las Vegas.

Police said much of the property was identified by the serial number and has been returned to the owners.

More charges may be filed as police identify more of the stolen items.
