Las Vegas police are investigating the slaying of a man who was found with a gunshot wound to the head Tuesday morning in a parking garage at the Silverton.

A casino employee at the property off Interstate 15 and Blue Diamond Road found the victim about 9:45 a.m. on the fifth-floor ramp of the garage.

Lt. Lew Roberts said police were unsure of the time the shooting occurred. Investigators are looking through surveillance video for more information.

Police are seeking a male suspect who may be Hispanic. No vehicle description was available Tuesday.

The victim’s identity was not released, but he was not a Silverton employee.
