Investigators trying to figure out who fired on police station

Investigators are trying to determine who fired several rounds at the Sparks police station.

Police say several rounds struck the building on East Prater Way late Saturday night, and at least one entered the lobby area. No injuries were reported.

An officer in the parking lot heard the shots being fired.

An early 1990s Toyota pickup with a regular cab has been identified as a possible suspect vehicle.

Officers were able to gather evidence. An investigation into the 11:55 p.m. shooting continued.
