Construction is seen Thursday, March 31, 2016, at the Park Theater at Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Boulevard South. The 5,000-seat theater, which topped off earlier this week, will be opening later this year. The Park Theater will complement the new entertainment neighborhood taking shape on the Strip featuring the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena, Toshiba Plaza and The Park.
