Job fair slated for 550 positions at Linq development

Caesars Entertainment Corp. will host a job fair next week to staff more than 550 positions at the company’s $550 million Linq development on the Strip.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Jan. 18 in the Sunset Ballroom at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Job candidates can apply online at http://bit.ly/1iVdFDu.

The Linq, the High Roller Observation Wheel, and several tenants, including Sprinkles Cupcakes & Ice Cream, Flour & Barley, Polaroid Fotobar and others will have representatives at the job fair to meet with prospective candidates.

The job fair will also provide employment opportunities for neighboring Caesars Entertainment developments.

The Linq, a 300,000 square-foot retail, dining and entertainment district is expected to open in February. The observation wheel is expected to open in the spring.

Interviews at the job fair will include for High Roller ambassadors, Linq concierge ambassadors, sales positions, bartenders, servers, hosts, security officers, and food and beverage roles. There are also several management positions available.

“Many of our tenants are new operators in Las Vegas and they are excited to hire great talent right here in our city,” Linq general manager Jon Gray said in a statement.
