IGT announces 13-cent quarterly dividend

Reno-based slot machine maker International Game Technology announced Tuesday it would pay a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share.

The dividend would be paid on July 23 to shareholders of record as of July 9.

The Korte Company promoted Ned Chavez to senior project estimator and Barney Cline to warehouse manager.

Venture Development Group named Jack Bell II regional real estate director.

Countrywide, a division of Countrywide Home Loans, named John Enrico senior vice president, regional sales for its wholesale lending division in Nevada and in Sacramento, Calif. He works from Las Vegas.

Martin-Harris Construction appointed Jim McCarthy director of business development.

Realty America, a boutique agency that offers residential and commercial sales and leasing and property management, named Deirdre Felgar broker/owner/CEO and opened a second office at 8225 W. Sahara Ave.

Colours appointed Veronica Overbeck as designer.
