College to offer class in loan processing

The College of Southern Nevada will offer a class in advanced loan processing run 6-9 p.m. Nov. 13-15 at its Summerlin Campus, 333 Pavilion Center Drive in the Summerlin master-planned community.

In a statement, the college said the course will teach strategies for spotting loan problems, handling credit issues, documenting loans, and expediting loan closing and funding.

Gov. Jim Gibbons on Tuesday announced a Web site with informtaion for Nevada homeowners who are having difficulty with home mortgages and may be facing foreclosure.
