University will offer customer service series

Nova Southeastern University will offer the six-session customer service certification series starting Oct. 1.

Classes will run 6 to 9 p.m. Mondays through Nov. 12 at Nova Southeastern University, 8945 W. Russell Road. Linda Florence and Tim Schneider will instruct.

Lessons will cover customer service basics, telephone skills, and personal contact and correspondence. Among other topics.

Registration is $265 with a $60 materials fee.
