College class to cover commercial lending
The College of Southern Nevada will offer a class in commercial lending for mortgage agents, brokers, bankers and investors from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Downtown Learning Center inside the Latin Chamber of Commerce, 300 N. 13th St.
The course will cover specifics of value and income performance. Discussion topics will include loan types, debt, capitalization, and business plans.
