US. Bank announces management shifts

U.S. Bank said it promoted Ken Ladd, president of bank operations in Nevada for 12 years, to regional manager of commercial banking.

Ladd promoted Lori Soren to market president for U.S. Bank in Southern Nevada and commercial banking manager for all of Nevada.

The former Nevada president will head commercial banking operations in Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah, Washington and Oregon. He will continue as western region manager while Nevada leadership is shifted to Soren.

Soren has worked for U.S. Bank for 30 years. In her new position, she will lead initiative in all lines of business and will be the primary contact for U.S. Bank in Southern Nevada.

The bank parent, U.S. Bancorp, has $228 billion in assets and is the sixth largest commercial bank in the country.

McFadden Insurance, which has headquarters at 6180 W. Viking Road, launched McFadden Financial Services, a new division. Vice President Kirk Marley will lead the division.

Holman’s of Nevada, a Las Vegas-based technology company, has named Greg Larsen network systems engineer.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada, a nonproift group, named Josue Pandeli as program manager.

AEG Live Las Vegas named H.C. Rowe executive theatre director of The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

The American Staffing Association, a nonprofit trade group, named Cornelius Eason secretary of its board of directors. He is president and owner of Priority Staffing USA, a staffing agency in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Urology hired Dr. Alex Lesani as urologist, laparoscopic and robotic surgeon.
