Landry’s Restaurants declares dividend

Landry’s Restaurants, the Houston company operating the Golden Nugget hotel-casinos in downtown Las Vegas and Laughlin, declared a 5 cents per share dividend for the quarter ended Saturday, payable July 25, to stockholders of record July 18.
