Elizabeth Savini, a code enforcement officer with the city of North Las Vegas, inspects a home in North Las Vegas Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010. Savini taped a “Notice of Violation” to the front door that ordered cleanup of weeds within 10 days. Savini also secured the unlocked front and back doors of the home.
