High Roller among world’s coolest new tourist attractions

Look no further than your own backyard for the next big thing.

Travel + Leisure magazine recently named the Linq’s High Roller one of the world’s coolest new tourist attractions.

Come spring, you’ll be able to look out over Las Vegas from the world’s tallest observation wheel. (Unless you ride it after 2016, when the 630-foot New York Wheel will push the 550-foot High Roller into second place.)

The High Roller’s 28 glass pods and 1,500 LED lights make it glitzy, futuristic and just plain cool.

Other attractions that made the list include China’s Guangzhou Circle, a 453-foot-tall circular skyscraper; and the Glacier Skywalk at Jasper National Park, which lets visitors walk 918 feet above the ground with nothing but glass below them.
