Full House Resorts reorganizes its senior management

Full House Resorts Inc. on Tuesday announced several changes to its upper management structure, a move the Las Vegas-based company says will allow it to better support its recent acquisitions and plans for growth.

The company said Deborah Pierce will take over as chief financial officer in December. She takes over as CFO from Mark Miller, who will remain with the gaming company as chief operating officer.

Pierce recently served as CFO for Hooters Casino Hotel in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Hooters in 2005, she served as finance executive with Ameristar Casinos Inc. and Silverton Casino LLC.

“As our organization has grown, there is a need from time to time to make adjustments to ensure that we continue delivering excellence in our operations as well as our future growth initiatives,” Andre Hilliou, chairman and CEO of Full House, said in a statement.

Wes Elam has been promoted to senior vice president, reporting to Miller. Elam will be responsible for the company’s Northern Nevada properties as well as its Buffalo Thunder management contract in New Mexico.
