COO of Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s Macau subsidiary reportedly resigns

The chief operating officer of Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s Macau subsidiary reportedly resigned over the weekend.

David Sisk, who has been at the company for three years, had left Sands China, several Asian-based media outlets reported Tuesday. A spokesman for Las Vegas Sands confirmed Sisk was no longer employed by the company.

Sisk and Sands China CEO Ed Tracy joined the company in August 2010 following the firing of the company’s prior CEO, Steve Jacobs. Sisk formerly served as the CFO of Wynn Resorts in China.

In July, Las Vegas Sands CFO Ken Kay resigned without explanation. Sources close to the company said Kay was fired without cause. The company said Kay would continue to consult for six months.
