Shuffle Master names CFO
After 17 months without a fulltime chief financial officer, Shuffle Master Gaming stepped outside the casino industry to fill the position.
Shuffle Master, which manufactures table games and develops gaming management systems and equipment, named Linster Fox as CFO.
Fox has been CFO of both public and private technology companies for the past nine years. Most recently, Fox served as CFO of Cherokee International, a publicly held international custom power electronics manufacturer in the energy sector.
"Lin brings great depth and experience to Shuffle Master with a proven track record in global manufacturing operations,” Shuffle Master Chief Executive Officer Tim Parrott said.
Coreen Sawdon, Shuffle Master’s chief accounting officer, had been serving as acting CFO since March 2008. She will continue in her original position.
