New Shuffle Master board member named
Gambling equipment supplier Shuffle Master has brought another former employee of the Greenspun Corp. on to its board of directors.
In November, Shuffle Master CEO Mark Yoseloff gave up the chairman of the board duties and was replaced by former Greenspun CEO Phillip Peckman. Peckman now operates an outdoor advertising company.
Earlier this week, Chris Philibbosian joined the Shuffle Master board as an outside director.
Philibbosian, who is now president of a firm that advises presidents and CEOs, is the former president and COO of The Greenspun Corporation. According to the Shuffle Master press release, he was, “responsible for managing the financial interests of the Greenspun family which is focused on companies in the media, technology, communication, travel, real estate and gaming industries.
In a statement, Yoseloff said Philibbosian, “is a highly respected business leader who will bring a valuable perspective to Shuffle Master and further complement an already strong board."
