Megabucks hit for the second time in less than a year at Aria last week.
An anonymous winner collected more than $10.6 million when she lined up the winning Megabucks symbols at the hotel-casino at CityCenter.
The winner told representatives from International Game Technology, which developed Megabucks, she had thought she only won $6,000 on the machine, but quickly realized she earned the top prize.
In January, another anonymous visitor to Aria hit the Megabucks jackpot and collected almost $12.8 million.
IGT launched the progressive Megabucks slot machines in 1986, which connect banks of the games at casinos throughout Nevada. A Megabucks machine is responsible for the largest-ever slot machine jackpot of more than $39 million, which was won in March 2003 at the Excalibur.
