Towbin Motorcars announces groundbreaking for Ferrari Maserati of Las Vegas

Towbin Motorcars is continuing to drive the luxury car market forward in the Las Vegas Valley with the announcement of Ferrari Maserati of Las Vegas, set to break ground Tuesday at 5550 W. Sahara Ave.

“With Ferrari and Maserati now among our luxury automotive offerings, we are thrilled to build a showroom that represents the style and sophistication of Italian motorcar enthusiasts,” said Carolynn Towbin, chairman and dealer principal of Towbin Automotive Enterprises and the first female dealer of a Ferrari and Maserati dealership in North America, along with her partner and daughter, Jesika Towbin-Mansour.

Towbin Motorcars acquired the former Penske Wynn Ferrari Maserati dealership, located at Wynn Las Vegas, in late 2015 and added the automobiles to its existing world-class portfolio, which includes Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin. The new Ferrari Maserati of Las Vegas will join Towbin Motorcars’ existing 45,000-square-foot showroom, which opened in 2012, to become the biggest ultraluxury-exotic automobile complex in Nevada.

“The design of the entire complex will feel very European,” Towbin-Mansour said. “Our existing showroom offers the refinement of British elegance, and the new Ferrari and Maserati showroom will embody sleek Italian style. It really transports people as part of the purchasing experience.”

Part of creating that experience is an arduous training process, which includes national and international travel to gain extensive knowledge about Ferrari and Maserati automobiles. The new 10,000-square-foot space will highlight state-of-the-art technology and contemporary design to embrace the world-renowned reputation of its automobiles.

Ferrari Maserati of Las Vegas will offer an eye-catching view of the luxury automobiles on display, situated just a few feet away from Sahara Avenue.

“The placement of the showroom, right off of the street, will be very metropolitan in design,” said Rony Mansour, general manager of Towbin Motorcars and Ferrari Maserati of Las Vegas.

“Like a showroom in New York or San Francisco, passersby will be able to get a glimpse of the latest Ferrari and Maserati models, which will be strikingly displayed.”

Ferrari Maserati of Las Vegas is designed by Italy’s Fortebis Group in conjunction with local architecture firm Ware Malcomb Phoenix, and will house furnishings and fixtures imported directly from Europe. Towbin is the only licensed Ferrari and Maserati dealership in Nevada.

A grand opening is projected for the summer of 2017. More information may be found by visiting ferrarimaseratioflasvegas.com or calling 702-659-6600.
