Towbin Automotive features eco-friendly Dodge Dart for Earth Day

Towbin Dodge, located at 275 Auto Mall Drive in Henderson, is going green this Earth Day with the 2016 Dodge Dart.
Towbin Dodge was the top seller of Dodge Darts in the world for 2015, according to FCA reports, and offers a variety of the eco-friendly sedans. The Dodge Dart is built with grille guards and an underbody pan, creating less drag for the aerodynamic vehicle that earns up to 41 mpg. In addition, the Dodge Dart’s power steering operates without toxic fluids, increasing the times between oil changes.
“The Dart is a great functional car and does a lot to be environmentally conscious,” said Josh “Chop” Towbin, co-owner of Towbin Automotive. “We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our customers about the car and fuel efficiency.”
The sporty-looking Dart provides ample room for a compact vehicle, with rear folding seats and up to 97.2 cubic feet of interior room, based on the model. More space and better mileage — up to 541 highway miles on a single tank of gas — means less stops and more opportunities to share rides or pack gear, which lowers emissions and ultimately saves money.
To further its earth-friendly approach, previous versions of the Dodge Dart have been made with recyclable materials built into the car including all plastics and metals. The interior also included carpets made from recycled milk jugs, and the padding in the trunk was constructed from repurposed denim.
Test-drive the Dodge Dart at Towbin Dodge, open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. More information on the vehicle and the entire Towbin Dodge inventory can be found by visiting www.TowbinDodge.com.
