Park Place Infiniti — one of only a handful of Southern Nevada car dealerships with its own collision center — recently unveiled a new state-of-the-art spray booth to go along with its newly renovated collision center.
“We believe our collision center should be as much of a showpiece as the showroom for our new Infinitis,” said Darryl Gutierrez, manager of the collision center at Park Place Infiniti, 5555 W. Sahara Ave. “We’re happy to show it off to any client who wants to come back and see where and how we’re repairing their vehicle after they’ve had a collision.”
Gutierrez, who has managed collision centers throughout Southern Nevada for nearly 30 years, was brought on board at Park Place Infiniti specifically for his expertise in using the newest technology for paint and bodywork.
The gem of the shop is the new Global Finishing Solutions spray booth, which employs the latest technology to apply high-quality, eco-friendly, water-born lacquer paint.
“We’re really proud to have this spray booth,” Gutierrez said. “Our clients know that we use the best quality materials, and they have the peace of mind, knowing we’re also using paint that is less harmful to the environment and to our employees than other options out there.”
The newly remodeled collision center at Park Place Infiniti has new alignment racks and impeccably kept workstations. Gutierrez said Park Place Infiniti especially takes pride in the expert service collision center technicians provide and the care they take to ensure every client is satisfied with repairs. The team is qualified to work on all makes and models.
“I personally inspect every car before it leaves the shop to make sure everything is just right and to ensure we’ve completed all the work as specified by the client,” Gutierrez said. “That’s something we take very seriously — communication between the client and team members has to be an open channel so we deliver work we’re proud of and exceeds our clients’ expectations.”
The new collision center is geared to handle as many as 50 cars at once, which Gutierrez said assures clients of timely repairs.
“We are really focused on client satisfaction,” Gutierrez said. “Our mission is to ensure clients receive the best service and enjoy an experience that is second to none. Through our Infiniti USA program, we even offer Infiniti owners free towing within a 50-mile radius, regardless of whether they purchased their vehicle here at Park Place Infiniti.”
Infiniti drivers in Southern Nevada can call 702-252-8100 for free towing to the Park Place Infiniti collision center.
